Monthly pop up cafe - Rural Retreat Days - Bed & breakfast and self catering accommodation
Paul and Melanie Flint offer real rural retreat, at Lone Barn, nestled in the valley beneath Broadhalfpenny down the home of cricket.  Close to the Southdowns, and is ideally situated for short breaks/holidays offering respite from the hectic day to day rush of the town. 
Only 1.5 hrs from central London and 20 minutes from cross channel ferries and lying centrally between the cities of Winchester, Chichester and Portsmouth.  Within easy walking distance of the famous Bat & Ball pub with others close by for further choice. 
The Courtyard cottage offers self catering accommodation for up to 6 people and can be booked on a weekly basis during peak times and for shortbreaks in the winter.  The Stores Suite (a double suite with ensuite shower room and own sitting room with woodburner) can be booked on a nightly basis, as extra accommodation to the cottage or simply on its own as a weekend getaway.  The fridge is stocked with treats and you need hardly step from the door if you chose not to.  It has its own entrance seperate from the cottage and the main house.
